SIGNAL returns to kick off your Family Day long weekend in the sweatiest, sexiest and hottest way in the nation’s capital, featuring a stacked lineup with DJ Planet Express, Behne b2b JOYC (Toronto), Esme2k, and SIGNAL resident Kubina. Headliner: DJ Planet Express is the moniker of Toronto-based electronic artist and producer Joseph Manzoli. A veteran of the Toronto and New York indie scenes, he has been involved in projects with Ginla, Katie McBride, Adrianne Lenker, and Nick Hakim. Initially gaining traction in the lo-fi house scene in 2018, DJ Planet Express’ sound has since evolved rapidly, pulling from jungle, house, footwork, juke, ambient, techno, and drum & bass. His 2023 debut LP Shiny Things accumulated millions of streams and has since become an underground electronic favourite.
